MOPS stands for Mothers Of Pre-Schoolers, a time-out programme designed for mothers with children under school age.
While mothers attend MOPS, the children are cared for in MOPPETS which is a programme that offers a loving and learning environment for children. Both programmes are based on Biblical principles.
MOPS offers Mothers -
- A haven for soothing frazzled nerves and forming lasting friendships.
- A quality children's programme where little ones are cared for and loved.
- Informative talks and guest speakers offering practical ideas to help mothers fulfill their many roles.
- Discussion groups which are encouraging and accepting where mothers can openly express their thoughts and feelings in an understanding environment.
- An opportunity to complete a craft project that Mum's probably wouldn't have the time or energy to do at home.
- A place to gain perspective and balance in a group that helps bring out the best in Mums.
MOPPETS Offers -
- A loving, warm environment for babies, toddlers and pre-school age children.
- A place where children can grow spiritually, socially and creatively with the help of a carefully planned programme and a loving team of carers.
We meet on the first and third Wednesday of the month during school terms, 9.30am.
